Yes — every Poonar template is macro-free and works identically on Windows and Mac. Each product page states its macro status upfront, so you can check before buying.

Most templates are built and tested on Excel 2019 and Microsoft 365, and work on any version from 2016 onward. The exact minimum version is listed in the Compatibility table on every product page.

Some do — check the Compatibility field on the product page. Templates that use native Excel charts or advanced formulas are Excel-only; this is stated clearly before you buy, never discovered after.

Every product page has a "What is included" section listing every sheet by name, plus real screenshots of the actual workbook — not mockups.

No — every current Poonar template is macro-free (.xlsx, not .xlsm). If that ever changes for a specific product, it will be stated as "Macro-enabled" on that product's page before purchase.

Checkout is being finalised. Until a payment method is fully live, product pages show an honest "Payments opening soon" state rather than accepting an order we can't fulfil.

Once checkout is live, payment is handled via a secure payment link (and later Razorpay Checkout) — no card details are ever stored on Poonar's own servers.

A confirmed order gets a private, expiring download link — no account required. Links are single-purpose and time-limited for security, not to be annoying, so download your file soon after purchase.

Paid download links allow multiple downloads within their validity window, in case your first download fails or you need it on another device. Exact limits are shown on your order confirmation.

Contact support with your order reference and email — we can reissue a valid link for a genuine past purchase.

See the Refund Policy page for the current terms. Because these are digital templates, refund eligibility is generally limited to cases where the file is genuinely faulty or not as described.

Standard licenses cover one business/brand per purchase. If you need it across multiple businesses or a team, see the License page or contact us about a multi-use license.

No — templates are licensed for your own use, not resale or redistribution, unless a specific product page states otherwise. Full terms are on the License page.

Some templates are fully free (marked "Free" on the product card) so you can try Poonar's quality with zero commitment before buying a paid one.

Yes — nothing is locked or protected. You can rename sheets, change colours, add rows and adjust formulas freely; just don't break the formula references between sheets.

Yes — the Freelancer Invoice Template has GST-ready fields (rate and amount computed from a single settings cell) suited for Indian freelancers and small studios.

Poonar never stores your card or bank details. Payments are processed by a PCI-compliant payment provider (Razorpay); Poonar only ever sees the order status.
