Preview first

Every paid template has a preview on its product page showing the real file — screenshots, features, included sheets, and compatibility. We strongly encourage checking it before buying, since that's the best way to avoid needing a refund at all.

Digital goods

Because templates are delivered instantly and can be copied, we don't offer refunds simply because you changed your mind after downloading.

When we do refund

We'll refund you if:

• The file is corrupted, incomplete, or won't open, and we can't fix it.
• The template materially differs from what its product page described.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• You were charged but never received access, and we can't deliver it.

How to request one

Contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order reference (starting PNR-) and a description of the problem. We'll usually try to fix the issue first — if we can't, we'll refund you.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines how long it takes to appear.
