What Poonar sells

Poonar sells digital products — spreadsheet templates, dashboards, and related business tools — delivered as downloadable files. Nothing physical is shipped.

Your purchase

When your payment is confirmed, you receive a secure download link. Links expire after a set period and allow a limited number of downloads. If your link expires before you've downloaded your purchase, contact us and we'll issue a new one.

Acceptable use

You may use purchased templates for your own business or personal work, including for clients. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the template files themselves. See the license for full detail.

Accuracy and suitability

Our templates are tools, not professional advice. A financial or tax template does not constitute accounting or tax advice, and you remain responsible for verifying that any output fits your circumstances.

Availability

We aim to keep the site and downloads available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Products may be updated, renamed, or withdrawn from sale; this doesn't affect templates you've already purchased.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Poonar's liability in connection with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
