What you get

When you buy a Poonar template, you get a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use it. You don't own the copyright — Poonar retains that — but your right to use what you bought doesn't expire.

You may

• Use the template for your own personal or business work.
• Use it for client work, and share the resulting completed file (your filled-in version) with clients or colleagues.
• Modify, restructure, and adapt it to fit your needs.
• Install it on any device you personally use.

You may not

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the template file itself, modified or not.
• Publish it for download elsewhere, or include it in a template pack or bundle.
• Share your download link, or the file, publicly.
• Present the template itself as your own product for sale.

The distinction that matters

Selling the work you do with a Poonar template — a completed budget model, a client report, a finished dashboard — is fine and expected. Selling the template is not.

Team and multi-seat use

The standard license covers one business. If several colleagues need their own copy, or you need to deploy a template organization-wide, contact us about an extended license.

If the license is breached

Redistributing a template may result in download access being revoked. Where necessary we'll pursue this further.
